Wall mount 48V 802.3af AC/DC PoE injector

The POE adapter gives "carrier class" performance in a low cost system.With its advanced auto-sensing algorithm it will supply power only to POE recognized end devices. This gives an added measure of protection against damaging equipment. The overload and short circuit protection will shut down power immediately when a short circuit is detected without any damage to the POE system. Typically in 100MB networks the maximum allowable CAT5 cable run is about 100 meters. This is not a limitation of the POE equipment but rather a limitation of the Ethernet standards. It functions with any equipment which meets the IEEE 802.3af POE standards. Power is supplied on RJ-45 connector pins 4/5 (V+) and 7/8 (GND).
